Musically speaking, the band fits into the Indie/Pop/Rock genre featuring the traditional tenor lead singer and back ups.  However easily they may fit into that box, the music is deliciously hearty and the concepts driving the lyrics and music are even better.  To me, they reinvent Muse with more intelligence and veil to their work (aka, they are poets).
